General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The owner of the website and the WUD® brand is Falca S.r.l., with registered office in Mantova (MN), Via Cavour 13, Italy, and operational headquarters in Valeggio Sul Mincio (VR), Via Degli Imprenditori 71, Italy, a company registered with the Mantova Chamber of Commerce, VAT number 02051640205 (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller").

Through the website www.wud-shoes.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") can find information about the brand and purchase WUD® branded products online (hereinafter referred to as "Products").

The following general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the "General Conditions") govern the purchase of Products made remotely through the Site, as well as the shipment of such Products to countries where the delivery service is offered.

Before completing a purchase on the Site, the Customer is required to inform themselves and review these General Conditions. Such information must be considered as read, understood, and fully accepted by the Customer at the time of placing an order (hereinafter referred to as the "Order").


The Products available on the Site for online purchase are footwear branded WUD®.

All Products are subject to availability at the time of purchase. The seller may vary at any time the limits on quantities and/or types of merchandise available on the Site.


On the Site, Product prices are expressed in € (Euro), $ (US Dollar, Canadian Dollar), and ¥ (Yen).

Delivery costs are excluded and are calculated at the time of check-out.

The Seller performs constant checks to ensure that all prices indicated on the Site are correct; however, it cannot guarantee the absence of errors. In the event of an error in the price of a product, the Seller will offer the Customer the opportunity to confirm the purchase of the Products at the correct price or to cancel it.

Purchasing Process

The purchase of Products on the Site is only allowed for those who have reached the age of 18.

To proceed with the purchase of Products, the Customer must complete and submit to the Seller the electronic purchase order form, following the instructions provided on the Site.
The Customer must add the product to the appropriate "shopping bag" and, after reviewing and accepting the contributions for delivery charges, the General Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the conditions regarding the right of withdrawal, must select the desired payment method and choose the "confirm order and pay" option.

Purchase Confirmation

By confirming the order, the Customer submits to the Seller a purchase proposal, acknowledging and declaring to have read all the information provided during the procedure performed and to fully accept the General Conditions.

The purchase is considered concluded when the Customer receives the confirmation email from the Seller at the email address provided during the Order. This confirmation message will contain an order number, all the data entered by the Customer, every information regarding the essential characteristics of the goods, the indication of the price, payment methods, withdrawal, delivery methods and costs, and applicable taxes.

The Customer is required to verify the correctness and promptly communicate any corrections. If the requested product is not available, the Customer will be promptly informed, and the order will be canceled.

The Customer warrants that the personal information provided in the Order is complete and truthful. The languages available to the Customer for purchasing products are: English.

Payment Methods

The Customer has the option to pay for the Products they wish to purchase and related expenses via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal.

The Seller uses the payment system of the institution that manages the payment through which it will authorize only the debit of the amount relating to the purchase made.
With regard to the use of these payment methods, there are no charges to the buyer under the current national regulations.

Shipping & Delivery

The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order.

The products are shipped within a maximum of 15 (fifteen) working days from the day following the sending of the order by the Customer to the Seller. Estimated delivery times vary from 1 to 3 working days for Italy, 1-10 working days for Europe, while for all other destinations they vary from 5 to 15 working days, depending on the final destination.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are clearly specified in the order form, unless expressly indicated otherwise.Shipments in Italy and the European Union are made via one of the following couriers: GLS, DHL. For destinations outside the European Union, purchases are shipped via DHL.

The Seller is not responsible for unexpected delays or delays due to customs operations and checks or force majeure.Upon arrival of the goods, it is recommended that the Customer carefully inspect the package before signing to acknowledge receipt of the shipment.

If the package appears to have been tampered with for any reason, the Customer is invited to sign the receipt with reservation or refuse delivery. If delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of package tampering, the Customer is requested to immediately contact the courier and inform the Seller at the email address: info@wud-shoes.com.

If the package cannot be delivered due to a Customer error (e.g., incorrect address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.) or if the Customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.

If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods due to their unavailability, even temporarily, it will promptly inform the Customer, in any case within 10 (ten) days, by email. The amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded using the same payment methods received.


The Customer has the right to return the Products for any reason, without incurring penalties and without specifying the reason, subject to the following conditions:

The Customer must inform the Seller within the period of 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the day of receipt of the Products. The period is extended to the next working day if it ends on a weekend or a holiday. To this end, the Customer can contact the Seller at the email address info@wud-shoes.com or by sending another explicit statement of their decision to withdraw from the contract, even by registered letter to the Seller's address: Via Degli Imprenditori 71, 37067 Valeggio Sul Mincio (VR) Italy.

The Customer is requested to indicate in the withdrawal statement the order number, the Product for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, and their address.

The Product, properly packaged and protected, must be returned to the Seller without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date on which the Customer communicated their decision to withdraw to the Seller.

The Customer must arrange to return the Product to the Seller using a carrier of their choice. The direct return costs of the Product are borne by the customer.

Before withdrawing from the contract, the Customer may only examine the Products as if they were in a store to ensure that they are those ordered and desired. The right of withdrawal will be applicable under the following conditions:

  • The Product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc.);
  • The soles must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind;
  • In all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the Product must be avoided.

    Upon receipt of the return, the Seller evaluates its compliance with the described requirements.

    The Seller charges €10.00 in case of missing or damaged box and/or internal packaging.

    Subject to any restoration costs for verified damages, the Seller will reimburse the Customer the entire amount already paid within a maximum of 14 days from the return of the Products. The refund will be made based on the payment system used at the time of the order. Purchases made in a currency other than the euro will be refunded taking into account the exchange rate in effect on the day the refund is made.


The personal data collected when placing the Order will be processed, used, and stored by the Seller for sales and related activities, in accordance with the provisions of the law and the Privacy Policy available on the Site.
Any further processing will be carried out only with the express consent of the Customer.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These General Conditions are governed by Italian law.

For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this Contract, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of the Customer's place of residence.

The European Commission provides a platform for alternative extra-judicial resolution of disputes, including cross-border disputes, accessible on the website http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Changes & Updates

These General Conditions may be amended from time to time, also following any regulatory changes. The new General Conditions will be effective from the date of publication on the Site.
