Refund policy
Right of Return
The Customer has the right to return the Products for any reason, without incurring penalties and without specifying the reason, subject to the conditions specified below.
Return Notification
The Customer must inform the Seller within the period of 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the day of receipt of the Products. The period is extended to the next working day if it ends on a weekend or a holiday. To start a return, the Customer shall contact the Seller at the email address: info@wud-shoes.com.
The Customer is requested to indicate in the withdrawal statement the order number, the Product for which they intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, and their address.
Return Shipping & Handling
The Customer must arrange to return the Product to the Seller using a carrier of their choice. The direct return costs of the Product are borne by the customer.
The Product, properly packaged and protected, must be returned to the Seller without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date on which the Customer communicated their decision to withdraw to the Seller.
Return Eligibility
The Products must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The Customer will be charged €10.00 in case of missing or damaged box and/or internal packaging.
The right of withdrawal will be applicable under the following conditions:
– The Product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc.);
– The soles must be in perfect conditions, and show no signs of any kind;
– In all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the Product must be avoided.
Return Acceptance & Refund Issuance
Upon receipt of the return, the Seller will evaluate its compliance with the described requirements and will notify the Customer once the inspection is complete.
If approved, subject to any restoration costs for verified damages, the Seller will reimburse the Customer of the entire amount paid for the Product (i.e. excluding shipping costs and/or taxes and duties) within a maximum of 14 days from the return of the Products. The refund will be processed on the original payment method used at the time of the order.
The Seller shall acknowledge that the processing of refunds by the Customer's banking institution or credit card company may require a period of time. Purchases made in a currency other than the euro will be refunded taking into account the exchange rate in effect on the day the refund is made.
